I love getting the boys involved with cooking when i can. I don't do desserts often, for Mothers Day lunch we were having the family over for dinner and i wanted to do a dessert. We decided on Chocolate Mousse, its easy to do with guests as it can be done the day before, and there is no "cooking" involved it just sets in the fridge, the kinda dessert i like no fuss on the day.
Yes i did wipe the sides before i put them in the fridge :) There are many recipes for chocolate mousse, mine consisted of good dark chocolate, eggs, cream and that's it! Not for if your watching your waistline!
