Here is the finale :) Looks good doesn't it, have to say it was delicious the meat melted in my mouth :) Been eating this for days now .. its better on day 3 than it was first first cooked !
Served with Pasta, asparagus and spinach, normally i wouldnt serve so much but oldest loves asparagus and wanted to try the spinach .. so i try to encourage him eating vegies especially green ones :)
