Silverside - Great Winter food

With the change of weather of late really been feeling like some wintery food.
Last night i cooked up some silverside with some good ole veggies, potoates and a cheesy horseradish sauce.
Mmmmm 5.0 loved it apparently "This meat with the sauce mum is delicious :)" makes it all worth the while :)
